PHYSICAL, CHEMICAL AND MECHANICAL CONTROLS OF THE RAW MATERIALS

The raw materials are subjected to physical, chemical and mechanical controls to detect any defect during the production process. We have a technical team with excellent tanning experience for monitoring leather quality during every stage to ensure the stability of leather supply. Leather warehouse has a temperature and humidity control system.
Laboratory and testing
– Laboratory test machine for incoming material physical test, development material testing
– For specific testing that cannot operate within our laboratory, third party testing can be arranged with SGS, ITS, TUV SUD and other accredited laboratories

QUALITY CONTROL PACKAGING AND SHIPPING

Qualified employees check Maple Accessories products one by one. The products are then carefully packaged and shipped according to the customer’s specifications.
